CS2 Update Adds StarLadder Berlin 2019 Stickers & Viewer Pass
The 2019 StarLadder Berlin Major is just weeks away, but you can start supporting your favorite teams now.
The Berlin 2019 Viewer Pass, team stickers, and player stickers are all available for purchase, with 50% of the proceeds going to the players and organizations taking part. Team capsules feature holo and foil stickers, while player capsules feature paper, foil, and gold stickers.
With a Viewer Pass you get a Berlin 2019 Event Coin, new challenges to complete including missions and the Berlin 2019 Pick’Em Challenge, unlimited Team Graffiti, Steam.tv flair, and exclusive access to Berlin 2019 Souvenir Packages.
Berlin 2019 Sticker Capsules
First off, the team sticker capsules. Each one contains the holo and foil versions of the team stickers.
Berlin 2019 Player Autograph Capsules
Then there are the player autograph capsules, which can give you a paper, foil, or gold version of a player’s signature.
Berlin 2019 Team Stickers
And here are all the new stickers, team and player alike.
Berlin 2019 Team Graffiti
Team graffiti sprays are available for Viewer Pass holders during the StarLadder Berlin 2019 Major.
Berlin 2019 Viewer Passes
There are two versions - the regular pass at $5.99 and a ‘Viewer Pass +3’ at $13.99 that starts you off with three Souvenir Tokens. The graffiti covers all 24 teams and the event organizer. Only one pass can be activated per account, so extras can be traded or sold on the Market.
The Berlin 2019 Event Coin
Activating the pass gets you a Bronze Event Coin that upgrades as you complete challenges - watching live matches, playing the Pick’Em Challenge, and completing missions all count. Eight challenges take it to Silver, twelve to Gold, and all sixteen to Diamond.
Each upgrade earns a Souvenir Token, so you can collect up to three. Tokens are redeemed by inspecting your coin and picking any completed match from the Match Lister, and the souvenir you get features a player who was MVP in one of that match’s rounds. You have until September 30th to spend them.
Picks lock the moment a stage begins: the Challengers Stage on August 23rd, the Legends Stage on August 28th, and the Champions Stage on September 5th.
Viewer Pass Missions
Missions are new for the Berlin 2019 Viewer Pass. You get one on each Active Duty map - Dust II, Mirage, Inferno, Train, Nuke, Overpass, and Vertigo - and completing it means winning at least 10 rounds in a single Competitive match on that map.
There is no partial credit, so each one has to be done in a single attempt. Every mission you finish counts toward an upgraded Event Coin.
