CS2 Update Adds Enfu Sticker Capsule & New Stickers

This update adds a new community sticker capsule featuring work by the artist Enfu, along with 10 new community sticker offers.
The gameplay side of the update tidies up ammunition handling - all weapons now individually manage their own reserve ammo instead of sharing it - and in classic competitive, a smoke grenade you spawn with now counts toward your purchase limit for the round.
