CS2 Update Adds Skill Groups Sticker Capsule

This update introduces the Skill Groups Sticker Capsule, featuring nine designs from community artist daniDem that turn the CS2 skill group emblems into stickers.

The rest of the update is a round of fixes and quality-of-life changes - the ammo panel now hides burst and bullet icons in simplified mode, the game icons HUD respects cl_drawhud, and players who disconnect now go through the death sequence and drop their items instead of taking them with them.
