CS2 Update Introduces StatTrak Swap Tool
This update introduces the StatTrak Swap Tool, available for purchase, which swaps the StatTrak value between two of the same weapon. Trade-up contracts now work on StatTrak weapons as well.
The update also closes out Operation Vanguard and reshuffles the map pool - Train joins Active Duty while Nuke moves to the Reserve pool - alongside a broad pass on smoke grenades, spawn point selection, and tagging values.
Weapon Balance Changes
This update also carries a round of weapon tuning. The M4A1-S goes up from $3100 to $3200 to bring its price in line with its utility. The Tec-9 gets increased damage fall-off, rewarding players who close the distance, and its magazine drops to 24 rounds to reward more discriminate firing.
Scoped movement values are lowered for the AWP and the autosnipers, while the MP9, MP7, and MAC-10 all get an accuracy improvement.
