CS2 Update Introduces Sticker Capsule

Todayโ€™s update is a big one - weapon and map adjustments, performance improvements, the release of Overpass and Cobblestone to all CS2 players, and the introduction of stickers.

Stickers are a new way to personalize your arsenal. You start receiving Sticker Capsules as drops while you play, each capsule holds one sticker out of several different designs, and a CS:GO Capsule Key opens it. Any sticker can be applied to any weapon you own, and you can apply multiple stickers to a single weapon.

Changed your mind? The โ€˜scrape stickerโ€™ option wears a sticker down a little more each time you click, until it is removed entirely.

Sticker Capsules drop while you play, and each one contains a single sticker out of several different designs. To open one, youโ€™ll need a CS:GO Capsule Key. Any sticker can then be applied to any weapon you own, and you can even stack multiple stickers on the same gun.

Underhand Grenade Throws

All grenades now have a secondary fire that lets you underhand-toss them a short distance in front of you. Use secondary fire on its own to drop a grenade near your feet, or mix primary and secondary fire together to find the perfect power for the perfect throw.

Teammate Colors on the Radar

Who is coming to help you defend a bombsite? Teammates now appear with their own color on the radar, so you can quickly identify your partner and give them the information they need.
