Description

The SSG08 bolt-action is a low-damage but very cost-effective sniper rifle, making it a smart choice for early-round long-range marksmanship. A black and green hydrographic pattern of assorted designs has been applied. Last chance; train's leaving the station

History

The SSG 08 "Spring Twilly" was first introduced to Counter-Strike 5 years ago, on September 21st, 2021. It was released as part of the Train 2021 Collection, alongside the "Operation Riptide" update. The skin was created by Valve itself instead of a community designer.

Origin

The SSG 08 "Spring Twilly" cannot be obtained by opening a container. Instead, the skin is part of the Train 2021 Collection.

Popularity

With a popularity of 87%, the SSG 08 "Spring Twilly" is currently in the top 13% of the most popular items in CS2. This popularity score is based on recent user engagement and market activity for the skin.

Finish Style

This SSG 08 skin has been painted in the "Hydrographic" style, with the Spring Twilly finish. Disassembled weapon parts are lowered through a floating hydrographic film on the surface of a water tank. The film adheres to the primed weapon parts, covering the surface with a pattern. The primary color of this skin is green. The look of the Spring Twilly finish is affected by its pattern index. The skin uses the old legacy model.
