History
The Tec-9 "Toxic" was first introduced to Counter-Strike 12 years ago, on August 13th, 2014. It was released as part of the Cache Collection, alongside the "Cologne 2014 Souvenir Packages" update. The skin was created by Valve itself instead of a community designer.
