Description
The Negev is a beast that can keep the enemy at bay with its pin-point supressive fire, provided you have the luxury of time to gain control over it. It has been painted with a chrome base coat and candied in transparent navy blue anodized effect paint.
History
The Negev "Anodized Navy" was first introduced to Counter-Strike 13 years ago, on August 14th, 2013. It was released as part of the Assault Collection, alongside the "Arms Deal" update. The skin was created by Valve itself instead of a community designer.
Origin
The Negev "Anodized Navy" cannot be obtained by opening a container. Instead, the skin is part of the Assault Collection.
Popularity
With a popularity of 80%, the Negev "Anodized Navy" is currently in the top 20% of the most popular items in CS2. This popularity score is based on recent user engagement and market activity for the skin.
Rarity

Finish Style
This Negev skin has been painted in the "Anodized" style, with the Anodized Navy finish. Many common firearms materials cannot be anodized. Instead, the effect is often mimicked by applying a colored candy coat over a chrome base. The primary color of this skin is blue. Different pattern indexes have no effect on the Anodized Navy finish. The skin uses the new CS2 model.
